1. Operator and seller
The Midwest Beats merchandise store is operated by Steady Flow, LLC d/b/a Midwest Beats. Midwest Beats is the seller of merchandise purchased through the store. Shopify provides the commerce platform, and Printful provides print-on-demand production and fulfillment; neither is the seller to the Midwest Beats customer.
Legal and policy communications may be sent to midwestbeatsproducer@gmail.com. Public contact is email-only. A private residence or unverified business address is not intentionally published. Where law requires a physical notice address for a particular matter, Midwest Beats will provide a verified, approved address through an appropriate response or policy update.
2. Intellectual-property notice
Unless otherwise identified, the Midwest Beats name, branding, original store content, product artwork, graphics, photographs, and other creative material are owned by or licensed to Midwest Beats or their respective owners and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.
No statement in this notice claims a copyright registration, trademark registration, DMCA-agent registration, legal certification, endorsement, sponsorship, or license that has not been verified. Use of a third-party platform, garment, fulfillment, payment, carrier, music, or other name is descriptive and does not by itself imply affiliation or endorsement.
Purchasing an authentic product transfers ownership of that physical item but does not transfer rights to reproduce, manufacture, distribute copies of, or create derivative works from protected artwork or branding. This limitation does not prohibit lawful resale of an authentic physical item.
3. Intellectual-property complaints
A person who believes store content infringes their rights may email midwestbeatsproducer@gmail.com with the subject “Intellectual Property Notice” and provide:
- their name and contact information;
- identification of the work or right claimed;
- identification and location of the material at issue;
- a good-faith explanation of the concern;
- information showing authority to act for the rights holder; and
- any statements or signature required by applicable law for the type of notice submitted.
Midwest Beats will review a sufficiently detailed notice and take appropriate action. This contact process does not represent that Midwest Beats has appointed or registered a designated DMCA agent. It does not limit any notice method or remedy required by law.
4. Product and creative references
Music-related themes, design elements, and cultural references do not state or imply endorsement by an artist, label, publisher, platform, or other third party unless expressly stated and verified. Product descriptions should not be interpreted as granting rights in third-party intellectual property.
The store policies cannot cure unlicensed content. Midwest Beats is responsible for maintaining appropriate ownership or permission for artwork, fonts, logos, photographs, and other protected material used in products and marketing.
5. No professional advice
General store content is provided for merchandise and customer-information purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice to store visitors or customers.
6. Governing documents and savings clause
Purchases are governed by the Terms of Service and the incorporated Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If this Legal Notice conflicts with a nonwaivable right or remedy, applicable law controls.
Nothing in this notice limits a right, warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot be waived or limited under applicable law.
