Include the order number when contacting us about an order. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, card security codes, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email. We may request limited information reasonably necessary to verify an order or privacy request, but we will not request account passwords or complete card credentials.

Public phone support is not offered. No private residential or unverified street address is published. Do not mail returns or legal materials to a guessed address, to Printful, or to an address found on a package without written instructions from Midwest Beats. Return instructions, if required, will be provided after a claim is reviewed. A verified notice address will be supplied privately where applicable law requires one.

We aim to review email in a commercially reasonable manner, but we do not publish an unverified guaranteed response time. Time-sensitive requests should be clearly identified in the subject line. An email request to change or cancel an order is not guaranteed to stop production unless Midwest Beats confirms the change or cancellation.
